Humanist typeface

Spargel is a bold serif typeface with humour. This humanist typeface is great for marking a subtle presence on headers whilst subtle irregularities of the letter forms enhance furthermore the dynamic spirit and liveliness of the typeface. Without giving too much away Spargel lets you create your own type face. Spargel Regular is perfect for headers and bold statements. It is a uppercase only font containing numbers and basic punctuation marks. Ligature pairs: A special feature with the Spargel typeface is the open type coding. Ligature substitution allows the user to create a real type face. Type the following: leftear, rightear, lefteye, righteye or eyeeye.

What are desktop typefaces

A typeface that is sold with a licence to use on your desktop and send artwork files to a printer. The majority of our typefaces are sold as Open Type Format files that are compatible with both Mac and PC. Some are sold as image files as they are too complex to convert into a working typeface. This is made clear on the typeface descriptions but do get in touch if you need any help.

So long as you abide by the licence that covers the typeface, you can do what you like with it. We would love to see how they grow in the wild, do send us pictures!
